The following shipping service and rate updates will take effect at 10:00 a.m. on October 25, 2026 (Beijing time, UTC+8).
For selected EU destinations, the registration fee will increase by CNY 16 due to an additional EUR 2 customs duty under the new EU policy.
United States and Canada Services
US Tax-Excluded Service: US rates will increase by CNY 3–6/kg.
Estimated transit time: 8–12 business days.
Global Express Service — General Goods: US rates will increase by CNY 5/kg.
Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days.
Canada Economy Service — General Goods (CADSP): Rates will increase by CNY 4/kg.
Canada Economy Service — Goods Containing Batteries (CADSD): Rates will increase by CNY 4/kg.
US Commercial Delivery — Cosmetics (USDBDMZ): Rates will increase by CNY 2–3/kg.
Europe Services
Global Shipping — General Goods: The former Poland General Goods Service will be replaced by the new Poland General Goods Collection Service. Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 16, while Germany registration fees will increase by CNY 18.
Global Shipping — Goods Containing Batteries: Rates will increase by CNY 6/kg for France, CNY 5/kg for Spain, and CNY 3/kg for Germany. Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 16, while Germany registration fees will increase by CNY 18.
Europe & US Shipping — General Goods: Rates for selected European destinations will decrease by CNY 5–6/kg. For Hungary, shipments from 0.5–20 kg will increase by CNY 6/kg. EU registration fees will increase by CNY 16.
Europe & US Shipping — Goods Containing Batteries: Rates for selected European destinations will decrease by CNY 3–6/kg. For Hungary, shipments from 0.5–20 kg will increase by CNY 5/kg. EU registration fees will increase by CNY 16.
Europe Shipping: UK rates will increase by CNY 4/kg for general goods and CNY 3/kg for goods containing batteries.
Europe Economy Services: Registration fees will increase by CNY 4 for the affected economy services.
Special Cargo Services
Beauty Shipping Service: UK rates will increase by CNY 6/kg.
Special-Rate Beauty and Select Beauty Services: Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 16.
Select Perfume Service: EU rates will increase by CNY 5/kg, and registration fees will increase by CNY 17.
Perfume Service: Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 16.
Select Health Supplement Service and Health Supplement Service: EU rates will increase by CNY 5/kg, and registration fees will increase by CNY 17.
Europe Special Cargo Service — Batteries: Rates will increase by CNY 5/kg, and registration fees will increase by CNY 17.
Europe Special Cargo Service, Global Special Cargo Service and Battery Service: Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 16.
