We cover the US, Europe, and China lanes well. That's where our volumes are, so that's where our rates are sharpest. Other lanes we can quote, but we won't pretend they're as cheap.

Depends on the lane and the Incoterm. We can run it DDP so your customer pays nothing at the door, or DAP if you'd rather handle duties yourself. We'll lay out which makes sense.
