Protective layers

Pretty, but it still has to arrive intact.

A beautiful box that shows up crushed is worse than a plain one. We spec the padding and the box strength so it survives the trip.

Customization, design and branding questions.

It depends on what you're printing. Stickers and tissue can start at very small runs. A fully printed corrugated box has a plate cost, so it's not literally zero — but we won't make you order 10,000 boxes you'll never use.

For the unboxing moment, often yes — it's the one part of the order the customer films. But if your margin can't absorb it, we'll tell you to hold off. Plain boxes are fine, and we ship those too.

A sample box in about three days once your artwork is locked. A full print run depends on the box and the quantity — we give you a real date, not 'soon.'

You approve a physical sample before the full run, so the risk is mostly gone by then. If a batch still comes out off, we reprint or credit — you don't pay for our mistake.

Yes. Inserts, cards, and stickers are packed in-line during fulfillment, not as a separate manual step that slows your orders down.
