Store sync
Every channel, one queue.
Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, whatever you run. Orders drop into one queue the minute they're paid. No exporting CSVs at midnight.
Fulfill
HQ receives the eligible order, checks inventory, picks the correct SKU, runs the agreed release checks, packs it, ships it and returns the supported tracking update.

How fulfillment works with HQ
Three ways we take the order off your plate, from the moment it's paid.
Store sync
Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, whatever you run. Orders drop into one queue the minute they're paid. No exporting CSVs at midnight.
Pick, pack, ship
An order lands, a picker scans it, and the line follows the account's cutoff and release rules. Orders received before the agreed cutoff can target same-day dispatch; other orders move on the next operating window.
What HQ handles
Supported tracking
When the selected carrier returns tracking events, the order record carries the supported updates for your team and customer workflow.
Why brands fulfill with HQ
Inventory, pick, QC, pack, shipping and tracking status stay attached to the same release.
Supported Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop connections can feed one queue; exact sync timing depends on the channel and setup.
The account brief records the cutoff, release checks and expected dispatch window. Same-day handling is a target for eligible orders, not a blanket promise.
When the selected carrier returns tracking events, the order record carries the supported updates for your team and customer workflow.
Share launches and seasonal peaks early so staffing, stock and route capacity can be checked before order volume changes.
How it works
Plug in, send stock, and your first orders ship without you watching.
OAuth link to Shopify, or the API for everything else. It takes minutes, not a dev sprint.
Ship inventory to our warehouse, or we pull it straight from a factory line you already use.
Every new order picks, packs, and ships without a human touching a CSV. You watch the tracking, or don't.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and anything with an API. If your stack is unusual, tell us. A custom sync is doable, but it's the one thing that takes real setup time.
Same day if they're in before cutoff, next day otherwise. That's from the time we get paid, not the time we get around to it.
We tell you before your customer does, with the reason and the new date. Silent delays are the one thing we refuse to do.
If we know it's coming. Tell us your big weeks ahead of time and we staff for them. Springing a 10x day on us with no warning is where anyone, us included, gets sloppy.
You do. We stay invisible in the box — your packing slip, your branding. Customers never hear the name HQ unless you put it there.
Share channels, monthly volume, SKU count, destinations and special handling. HQ will map the fulfillment workflow.
