Operate

Connect the order before the warehouse has to chase it.

HQ can connect supported stores and marketplaces with its operating systems so approved product, order, inventory and tracking data move through a defined workflow.

Supported fields, update direction and exception handling confirmed during setup

Integration with HQ

The useful connection is the one your operation can trust.

HQ maps the store record to the warehouse workflow, then makes failures visible instead of silently dropping orders.

Connected operations

Move the records that drive fulfillment.

Availability varies by channel. HQ confirms each field and update direction rather than promising a generic one-click integration.

Product & SKU mapping

Connect store products and variants to the HQ SKU record used for inventory and fulfillment.

Order synchronization

Bring eligible orders into the agreed release queue with the fields the warehouse needs.

Inventory updates

Return supported stock information at an agreed cadence and handle mapping or availability exceptions.

Tracking updates

Send supported shipment and tracking data back to the connected sales channel after release.

How it works

Map, test, then release live orders.

The connection is tested with known records before it handles normal volume.

Store integration questions.

The channels currently confirmed are Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon and WooCommerce. Exact features depend on the channel, account permissions and agreed workflow.

Not safely without review. Existing SKU conventions, bundles, duplicate codes and variant structures are checked before live order release.

Supported inventory updates can be scoped, but the source record, update cadence, safety stock and exception behavior must be agreed per channel.

It can for supported channel workflows. The carrier data, trigger point and failure handling are confirmed during setup.

The current public claim is limited to the named channel connections and HQ's own WMS and ERP. Public API or custom connector availability must be confirmed separately.
