The following shipping service and rate updates will take effect at 10:00 a.m. on October 28, 2026 (Beijing time, UTC+8).
Under the new EU policy, an additional EUR 2 customs duty applies to selected EU destinations. As a result, registration fees for the affected services will increase by CNY 15. Please review the following updates and plan your shipments accordingly.
Global Shipping Services
Global Express Service — General Goods: Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 15.

Global Express Service — Goods Containing Batteries: Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 15.
Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days.
Global Shipping Service — General Goods: The registration fee for Poland will increase by CNY 15.
Estimated transit time: 8–12 business days.
Global Large Cargo Service — General Goods: Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 15.
Estimated transit time: 7–14 business days.
Global Large Cargo Service — Goods Containing Batteries: Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 15.

Europe Shipping Services
Europe Shipping Service — General Goods: Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 15.
Estimated transit time: 6–10 business days.
Europe Shipping Service — Goods Containing Batteries: Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 15.
Estimated transit time: 6–10 business days.
Europe Economy General Goods Service: The registration fee for Italy will decrease by CNY 1.5. The volumetric weight factor will be adjusted to 12,000.

Special Cargo Services
Beauty Shipping Service: Registration fees for EU destinations will increase by CNY 15.
